The location of Hej Taipei Arena was perfect, with a quiet atmosphere at night and a vibrant atmosphere during the day. The breakfast provided a good start to the day, nothing extravagant but satisfying. The staff was helpful in resolving any issues, including double charges. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and was conveniently located near public transportation.

There was one drawback that stood out during our stay. When we inquired about this, we were told that none of the rooms actually had views of Taipei 101, contradicting the photos in the listing.

The sound insulation could have been better as I could hear noise from the hallway in the morning. there was a bit of confusion when we arrived early and were charged a fee to check in even though our room was already available.
